How does Kyvento's pricing model work?
Kyvento offers a transparent, tiered pricing model based on your number of active subscriptions. No revenue share, no hidden transaction fees (except your payment provider's fees), no setup fees. Details will be published at launch.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Kyvento is cancelable monthly, without minimum contract term. Cancellation is possible at the end of the respective billing cycle.
Is Kyvento e-invoice compliant?
Yes. Kyvento supports ZUGFeRD (EN16931 profile) and XRechnung 1.x/2.x/3.x in CII format in all tiers. E-invoicing is mandatory for B2B transactions in Germany and Austria – with Kyvento you're compliant without upgrading or retrofitting later.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored exclusively in German data centers on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. Kyvento is GDPR-compliant and meets GoBD requirements (Principles for the Proper Keeping and Storage of Books, Records, and Documents in Electronic Form and for Data Access).
How long does setup take?
The onboarding process takes under 30 minutes: enter company details, create first plan, connect payment provider (SEPA or Stripe), create test subscription. After that, you're ready to go.

Our support team typically responds within 24 hours. We track our response times weekly to ensure we meet this goal.
